Data Never Leaves Your Network
The Brain runs on hardware you control — your server closet, your cloud VPC, your air-gapped facility. Prompts, outputs, embeddings, and memory never touch Teloplex infrastructure or any third-party API we operate.
No Training on Your Data
We do not use customer data to train models. Period. Your proprietary workflows, customer conversations, and financial records are not fuel for someone else's LLM. Ever.
Model Sovereignty
You choose the model. Swap weights for a newer version, pin to a known-good checkpoint, or run a fine-tuned variant trained only on your data. We do not force-feed you a single vendor's model.
Encrypted at Rest and in Transit
AES-256-GCM for stored data. TLS 1.3 for everything that moves. Encryption keys managed by you, rotated on your schedule, revocable without our involvement.
Zero Trust by Default
Every API call authenticated. Every action logged to an immutable audit trail. Every access decision based on identity, device posture, and least-privilege policy — not perimeter trust.
Compliance Out of the Box
